So I scoured the cupboards for something simple but filling and satisfying. I opted for a jacket spud with baked beans. I can honestly say it really hit the spot.
This was a surprise, as for the past weeks and months, I have eaten lots of tasty foods. Favourites of mine, snacks, takeaways, but tonight, it was the perfect simple meal.
Low cal, some carbs because I had worked out, and filling. Obviously it wouldn't do have this every night, but tonight, it was just the job.
