Its the end of the month!!

Its the 28th February and that means its end of month comps time!! Woohoo!!

As a bit of a comper (part time unfortunately) I love month end. So many comps, but just so little time to get them all entered!!

I shall share a few here on my blog for you to try your luck at. Just be sure to let me know if you get lucky!

Happy end of the month and good luck :)

Last night's PT

Last night was PT. This week was back to Mon and Fri thankfully, unlike last week's back to back sessions so at least my legs were fresh. Well, for the first minute anyway!!

Here is what he put me through last night:

  • jog to warm up
  • 12 min circuit consisting of
    • 8 reps of box burpees
    • 8 kettle bell swings on 12KG
    • 8 leg raise and arm raise abs
    • repeat with no break for 12 mins!!
  • kettle bell swings with 16KG - 3 x 10 reps
  • abs - knee tuck and leg raise - 3 x 20 reps
  • step box step overs - 3 x 30 reps
  • 4 mins sprint on treadmill
  • cross trainer intervals - 7 mins
  • 20 free weight squats x 3 sets
  • 20 lunges free weight x 3 sets
  • medicine ball squat and lift - 3 x 10 reps
  • squat and jump - 3 x 15 reps
  • gym ball plank rolls - 3 x 15 reps
I am definitely getting better at squats and cross trainer, and my breathing technique is much improved. Hopefully, this is the turning point where I finally lose the weight and get the body I want.

It was very hard last night and boy am I feeling it today. Its the kettle bells - they do me in every time!! Starting to feel like I'm making progress now though, so onwards and upwards! :)

Day 2 of My Week with Paloma Faith - New York

Day 2 of my week with Paloma Faith and today its 'New York'.

'New York' was released as a single in 2009. It was taken from her 2009 debut album 'Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful' , and was the second single after the first which was 'Stone Cold Sober'.

This is a big song with her vocals reaching powerful highs against a gospel choir background and lots of strings. Once again, her voice is nothing short of amazing.

This single reached number 15 in the UK singles chart. Its all about losing her man for "another lady", with the lady in question being New York.

The video starts with Paloma and her man at a bowling alley having fun. He starts to lose interest in her and starts to look at New York. Paloma clearly doesn't want to go and seems to be trying to get him to stay. He doesn't and we see him playing on another team in New York. Paloma seems to be stuck in between the two, until eventually she is left behind whilst he has moved on with a new woman and his lady New York. On an aside, I love the dress she wears in the video - very retro. I want that dress!!

Back to the song. Its not exactly a cheery number this one with lyrics like this 'the wolves they howled for my lost soul, I fell down a big black hole'. Then finally 'she poisoned your sweet mind'. Very bitter about the lady in question in this song, as you can't exactly match New York now can you?

This is a great song and really catchy. Paloma sounds so good as always, and its another great homage to the Big Apple, about which so many songs have been written.

Go take a listen and remind yourself how good this is. It got mixed reviews at the time, but I think it sounds better now than it did at the time.

Resolution Reminder - 2015

2015 Resolutions:

Number 1 - To reach my Goal weight.

Number 2 - Be Debt Free

Number 3 - Get Super Fit

Number 4 - Save save, save

Number 5 - see my friends

Number 6 - image overhaul

Number 7 - drink less

Number 8 - drink more water

Number 9 - more pampering

Number 10 - matching under garments

I've made a lot of progress on some, not so much on others so I now remember what I need to do. By next New Year I want my list to be much easier to accomplish than this years lot!

What I'm Watching This Week

This week I'm watching:

  • Broadchurch. The last episode was aired on Monday and my god it was good. It kept you guessing right until the end. I felt sad when it was over, as I have loved this second series so much. The good bit is that there is going to be a series 3. Excellent news, as this is such a great cast and has been amazing.
  • The Following. We have started to watch this on boxset and are now up to episode 5. It is so good. Kevin Bacon is just the coolest, and interestingly is also called Hardy, much like David Tennant in Broadchurch. So we have all of series 1 and 2 to watch, but if the start is anything to go by I'm sure we will soon be watching them back to back. Such a great crime drama. Cannot recommend enough so far.
  • Fortitude. This intriguing polar drama continues. It turns out that the little boy with the frostbite was the murderer. Who knew? But the mystery is far from solved it seems as this fascinating backdrop continues to become ever more interweaved and dark. Fabulous stuff.
  • The BRIT awards 2015. What a year. Ed Sheeran rocked it, Taylor Swift opened with style, Paloma Faith sang through the rain, and Sam Smith rode home with more awards than anyone else. The highlight? Has to be the fallen Madonna. No contest!!

Day 1 of My Week with Paloma Faith - Only Love Can Hurt Like This

Day 1 of my week with Paloma Faith and for my first choice its the fabulous 'Only Love Can Hurt Like This'.

'Only Love Can Hurt Like This'  was Paloma's second single from her third album 'A Perfect Contradiction'. It was released in 2014 and reached number 6 in the UK singles chart.

This is Paloma at her very best. Her vocals on this song are nothing short of spectacular. It starts slow, but builds up to a climax where she really lets go hitting the high notes with such power.

Still slow paced, and more than a little bit retro / vintage in keeping with her trademark sound, this track still stands out. Its stripped back backing instruments make it more about the vocals and the lyrics. It has this sort of "de dum, de dum dum, de dum, de dum dum" beat pulsing through it.

The video has a parental advisory warning as its more than a bit sexual!! Nothing explicit, but definitely saucy. Paloma spends most of it in her underwear and she looks amazing whilst she rolls about in bed with her man, who also looks hot!

The lyrics ring so true 'I tell myself you don't mean a thing,And what we got, got no hold on me, But when you're not there I just crumble; I tell myself I don't care that much, But I feel like I die 'til I feel your touch'. It is true that only love can hurt like this - I for one can sure vouch for that!!

This song was performed on this year's Brits (Feb 2015) with rain pouring down to add to the drama. Live sounded even better. Paloma sure can sing.

So here we have no gimmicks, strings, piano and drums backing, and Paloma. Just Paloma, and it is fabulous. Brilliant woman, brilliant song.

There we have it - Day 1. Pop back tomorrow for day 2, or check out My Music page for more - just click here. Happy listening :)

OMG - Madonna fell off the stage!!

Oh my goodness Madonna just fell off the stage!! I wasn't sure what was happening at first. Then I realised she had got her cloak stuck trying to take it off!

What an embarrassment for her. I mean you have got to give it to her - she carried on like the star she is, but she must be mortified!

If it had been me, that would have been the end of the performance. I would have been sat in a heap laughing my head off. Not Madge though.

Flippin eck!! :)

Wahh!!! Take That now - going to see them this year too!!!

Gosh tonight is fab isn't it? So, am going to see Take That on 29th May. They are on live now!!

Paloma Faith has won an award - am going to see her in July.

Taylor Swift has performed and has won an award. Am going to see her in June!!!

Also - I have seen Madonna live, and I have seen Take That as a four piece live before.

Then Ed Sheeran? Well he is my single of the week!!

Its making it so exciting for me! Am beside myself! :)

Yay Paloma!! Yay Ed!! (single and artists of the week this week! )

So chuffed for Paloma finally winning the award at the Brits tonight. How lovely is she?

Such a rambling sweet wonderfully talented woman. I am in awe.

Go Paloma (who is my chosen artist this week too! - see here). Well deserved.

So Paloma has won an award who I chose just yesterday as my week with choice. Then Ed Sheeran is performing my current single of the week 'Bloodstream'.

Damn it I'm good!! :)

BRIT Awards are on tonight - I Love it!

It's that night when you realise just how good music is right now. Tonight, the Brits are being presented by the always great Ant and Dec for added fun and entertainment.

Already off to a fabulous start with Taylor Swift opening proceedings with her song 'Blank Space'.

I'm hoping Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith win loads!! I also love the fact that Madonna is going to be on! Love it.

Ed Sheeran is my current single of the week with his collaboration with Rudimental 'Bloodstream' so I'm really hoping that's what he sings tonight!!

If like me, you love music, you have to watch The Brit Awards. You should also check out My Music page here!

My Week with Paloma Faith begins

My Week with Paloma Faith begins. So before we get onto the seven songs over seven days, lets take a look at this fantastic if quirky and highly original one-off artist.

First off her real name is actually Paloma Faith - specifically Paloma Faith Blomfield. She was born in 1981 and comes from Hackney.

She learned how to dance as a child, but didn't get into music until much later. Her first single was released in 2009 - that being the fabulous 'Stone Cold Sober' which I absolutely loved!

Her debut album Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? was also released in 2009. Her album, completely co-written by her, reached number 9 in the UK album chart.

She released 'New York' as her next single from the album, followed by 'Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful', 'Upside Down' and finally 'Smoke & Mirrors'.

Paloma has a sort of timeless style and sound. She herself cites the likes of Etta James and Billie Holiday as influences and she takes that into her own. You can tell a Paloma song straight away - which in her case, is a good thing.

Her next album was released in 2012 following a period where she toured and performed with other artists at awards ceremonies and for TV, adverts etc.. Fall to Grace was released in 2012 and reached number 2 in the UK album chart.

The first single was 'Picking up the Pieces' which reached number 7 in the singles chart. She followed it with '30 minute love affair' as the second single. Her songs still being so full of soul, so original, and apparently, based upon her own life!

She released a cover of INXS 'Never Tear Us Apart' for the John Lewis Christmas campaign, which became her next single release in 2012. That was followed by 'Just Be'.

Her third album came in 2014. 'A Perfect Contradiction' reached number 2 in the singles chart. She released the singles 'I Just Can't Rely on You' and 'Only Love Can Hurt Like This' which were huge the same year.

She also released a single with Sigma - 'Changing' which was amazing and gave her another massive hit. Her third album was re-released to include it. She released several other singles from her third album.

Her vocals are amazing, and her style is just so eccentric but so fabulous. She collaborates with the likes of Pharrell but still sounds like her. She comes across as so down to earth, and so normal, that you wonder how she can be so talented but so composed.

What I didn't realise until now is that Paloma also acts. So she writes, she dances and she sings, but she also acts? So she is beautiful, stylish, quirky and talented. She really is the best of British and I absolutely love her. (Which is why I have tickets to see her in July!!).

Really looking forward to listening to her music and watching the accompanying videos over the next week or so. I hope you will join me for more of Paloma when I pick my first of 7 songs tomorrow.

If you want more music and can't wait, why don't you check out My Music page - just click here. Happy listening :)

Nearly my Birthday :)

Its my birthday next month. The 21st to be precise. Not my 21st no, sadly - I've been round the clock a few more times than that!!

But a birthday is a thing of joy, even at my vintage. So, what will this next year of my life hold I wonder?

Well my actual birthday falls on a Saturday this time, which is good in itself. The day after my birthday, I have a christening to attend. The christening is my step son's daughter - not sure what that makes Blaire to me - step grand-daughter? Lets go with that. So it is my step-daughter's christening on the Sunday.

Then the best part? Its my holiday on the Tuesday! So without anything else, my birthday is going to be fun.

Now add in that on the Thursday before my birthday I am having my hair cut and coloured. On the Saturday itself, I'm off for the pre-holiday leg wax in the morning, followed by a body scrub at a health spa in the afternoon.

I  do need to not stuff my face or drink too much mind you as I don't want to gain any pounds pre-hols now do I? Going to be a good one though, which is great news as its the last of my 30's!

Hoorah - the dry spell is over - let it rain!!

Gosh its been a long dry spell this time for sure!! I'm a comper, and despite IT issues, I have persevered. Finally gave in on Sunday and now have a new laptop.

That aside, something has definitely changed. Last week I was tweeted to say I had won a little cleaning pack on a freebie friday comp.

Then I had an email saying I had won a little head torch - really useful for when I'm in the garage and the loft, not to mention walking to the pub in the dark!!

I finally received a prize for which I had been waiting since November when the drought began. Then, today, I got another email saying I had won another prize - a little beauty and pampering bundle this time from Serenity You!!

I am officially out of the dry spell and am very much relieved! At last!!

As well as this, I won £100 on a scratch card this weekend - am very happy bunny right now. It took a good 2 and a half months for my luck to change again, but when it rains - it seems it pours!! Yay!!

Just need a few more zero's before the decimal though ideally, but not greedy, a win is a win!! :)

Without further ado my next week with is.... Paloma Faith!

I have finally decided that my next week will be with the one and only Paloma Faith!

I'm very excited, not least because I am going to see her at Cannock Chase in July!! So I shall get to know more about her and her music and shall be choosing 7 songs, one per day for a week.

Pop back soon for my first get to know her post.

In the meantime you can whet your appetite here at My Music page.

My single of the Week - Ed Sheeran and Rudimental - 'Bloodstream'

My new single of the week is 'Bloodstream' by Ed Sheeran and Rudimental.

I heard this for the first time last week. It wasn't a slow burner, it hooked me immediately. I wasn't familiar with this track from Ed's album 'X' so I had nothing to compare it to. I've listened to it now, and it doesn't compare to this masterpiece!

X was Sheeran's second album, and Bloodstream was originally released last year. It didn't make the top 40, but then it was the fourth single from the album.

Fast forward, add a bit of magic courtesy of Rudimental and I think when this is released next month (March 2015) that this will be a huge hit.

It starts off like a normal Ed Sheeran song. Beautiful melody, gorgeous vocals, but quite dark as his songs tend to be. But then when it gets to the chorus, boy oh boy, does it kick in!! Ed sings 'Tell me when it kicks in". Well Ed, its kicked in for me no doubt about it!

This track is about drugs, and that's not a good thing. What is a good thing though is how it sounds. Its powerful, its enticing, its emotional - I absolutely love this song. Its one of those that just grabs you and takes you away to some other place.

Check out the official audio here (no video yet) and let me know what you think. I think its better than the original, but do you?

You can check out all my singles of the week over at My Music page - just click here. Happy listening :)

Tonight's PT Session

I was still aching from my Thursday and Friday back to back PT sessions, so I knew I was in for it tonight. Even so, it far exceeded even my worse expectations!!

Here is what he put me through tonight:

  • 5 min walk and jog to warm up
  • Squats with TRX - 30 reps "ass to the grass" x 3 sets
  • Step box burpees with jump onto box - 15 reps x 3 sets
  • Abs - leg raise with bum lift - 20 reps x 3 sets
  • Bar rotate weight (think Jeff Capes!) 3 sets of 30 reps
  • Step box press up with burpees and box jump - 15 reps x 3 sets
  • Abs - knee tuck and bum lift - 20 reps x 3 sets
  • Weight ball burpee with lift - 3 x 10 reps
  • Plank walk - 1 set of 10 reps, 1 set of 8 reps, 1 set of 6 reps
  • Cross trainer intervals - 20 second sprints x 6 minutes in total
  • 2 min stair master to finish (me off!)
Good lord it was hard tonight. He is letting me rest less in between exercises, which is how I know that I am progressing. My breathing is under control much more, and although my legs ache and hurt, it feels like I am improving.

That's pretty motivating. Got to keep persevering.

OMG - last episode of Broadchurch is on

The last episode of Broadchuch is tonight. Already I am in a state of shock. I won't ruin it for you just yet but OMG its shocking!!

Its on now. What are you doing on here - go and watch it? :)

I don't know what this song is - help! Its driving me crazy!!

I heard a song playing on radio 1 this week. I instantly thought it was fab. Unfortunately, I didn't hear who it was by or what it was called. I also cannot remember the lyrics. Not at all.

Let me share what I know, which isn't much. Its a woman singing. A kind of husky sounding lady. The music in the back ground reminds me of the song from Cabin Fever 2. Kind of a bit country / hill billy / bluesy maybe. I am not explaining this very well, but its all I have right now.

I can remember a little bit of the tune. It goes "duh, duh, dum dum dum dum, duh duh". I've gone through all the playlists on Radio 1 and drawn a blank. I've tried the singles chart and the singles soon to be released - still nothing.

What the hell is this song and how can I find it? Anyone got any ideas? It is driving me mad.

Help!!

Very Busy Day - feeling good :)

Wow, what a busy day. I mean like serious multi-tasking taking place!!

Ok, so to begin with, we were up pretty early this morning. We had family over as it was the other half's dad's birthday. 85 years old!! So we all went for a meal last night. It was lovely.

This morning, it was up and faced with a mountain of dishes, despite going for tea. So I washed them all. Then it was time for a quick shower and get dressed.

We had two of his 3 grown up boys over, with child and dog in tow, plus his step daughter G, who is 9. A house full basically.

So next on the task list was sorting everyone out with drinks and breakfast. Then of course, a load more dishes.

I put a white wash in the washing machine, and wiped the sides down. Then I checked my emails and realised the laptop was on its last legs. So I ran every system check I could think of and still nothing.

I resigned myself to having to go and get another one, so researched which to get. Then once everyone was showered and dressed we started to put the house straight again.

2 bed settees folded back away, and 2 sets of spare bedding. Sheets in the wash, bedding put back away/ Another job done. Then it was time for them to go.

Cue gathering together lots of baby toys - coloured bricks, toys - you name it. Then it was loading up the cars. They had come in 2 cars, so 2 lots to load up. Plus putting away our baby cot bed back into the garage.

They headed off and we headed too. First stop - Tesco for the shopping. Lots of healthy stuff and onto the petrol station to fill up with my 5p off per litre, and also to check my tyre pressure as the light had come on. In the pouring rain - yes, it had to rain on me!!

From there to Currys PC World to sort the laptop. That done, pounds out of pocket it was back home.

Then I went out to the garage to gather up the ebay items that have sold. This required climbing into the loft and going through suitcases to find said items. It was so cold but it had to be done.

Next it was time to set up the new laptop. I downloaded office, put on antivirus and ran the system set up stuff. Up and running, it was time to back up the old one. 84,000 photo's backed up onto the external hard-drive. Good job done.

I decided the old one would be a kind of second back up - it would be useful to have the photo's backed up twice - one on the laptop and the other on the hard-drive. Doubly safe, hopefully!!

So then it was time to wrap all the ebay items. That took me forever, but it felt good that they were all done. Then came another expense - taxing my car. I didn't know you could pay monthly direct debit now - that's useful. I mean who has that sort of money to spare every 6-12 months? Much easier to pay by DD, so that was that sorted too.

Then we hung out the washing, put some stuff on radiators, before loading up again. Then repeat for the coloured wash. Its been that sort of a day.

Last on the list was to finish G's school model. This month the project was "space". So the other half has helped her this time. I said it was his turn after my epic longboat last time. I just had to do the background for it - cardboard box, black crepe paper, stars etc.. Its not bad you know.

Finally I packed up my gym bag for tomorrow and sorted my tea. Being on the 3 day diet, this consisted of turkey rashers, beetroot and green beans. Mmmmm.

Now, finally, everything is done. Still things I want to get done, but enough is enough for one day. I'm exhausted!!

So now to relax, its a bit of blogging and comping. Happy days: )

New Laptop purchased - whoop!!

I am very excited with my new purchase. I went for the HP model in the end, so fabulous news. Nothing can get in my way now! Well, except for setting it up and learning how to use Windows 8, and transferring everything over..... but apart from that nothing can stop me!!

Yay!! Not so yay is the cost of it, but nevermind. Hopefully having a working laptop will mean I can soon recover those costs. Hopefully. Anyway, onwards and upwards - its always nice having a new gadget to play with.

Need to put it to some good use immediately!! :)

3 Day Diet on a weekend!!

Usually I do the 3 day diet in the week. This weekend though, because I went out for a meal last night, I decided to start on a Sunday.

So today's gourmet menu is:

  • Breakfast - 1 round toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit
  • Lunch - 1 round toast with cottage cheese
  • Tea - 2 slices meat, green beans and carrots
  • Dessert - vanilla ice cream and an apple
Sounds delightful doesn't it? My thinking is that because the scales have gone up a little bit this morning - 2 lbs which isn't much, and I know why - a larger meal than usual plus a few cheeky beverages!! That is why I thought getting back on it today, rather than wait until Monday would work wonders.

I'm hoping to be considerably lighter when I weigh myself in the morning than I was last Monday. I really want to get under that stone mark this week.

Today I weight 13 stone 6lb. Thats 1 stone 4lbs lighter than at Christmas, but I still want to lose about the same again. I have 4 weeks and 2 days. Its a tall order.

Got no choice but to go all out. Here I go again!! Breakfast and lunch survived. Onto tea now, and the best part is the ice-cream. I can do this. No worries! :)

Thinking of a new laptop - which to buy??

This laptop I am using right now is driving me insane. Its 3 1/2 years old, and whilst I had the 'Whatever Happens' insurance, it went back countless times for different problems.

Now though, I think its finally at the point where its beyond salvage. Right now, its working and when it works it actually pretty good. The problem is that it doesn't often actually work!!

It overheats, freezes on some screens, keeps coming up with "Aw Snap" messages and then the whole thing becomes non-responsive. I think the main problem is the motherboard, but its not only that.

Costing up how much repairing this will end up costing, I've come to the conclusion its not worth it.

So its a new laptop for me. This one is costing me too much in down time anyway when I can't get on ebay, can't enter comps and have to sit waiting for it to start working again!

So what should I choose? This one is an Acer Aspire. The power supply has been really dodgy on this since I had it though, so am reluctant to get another Acer. So that seems to leave Toshiba and HP in the main, along with Asus.

Currently I have 8GB RAM and 500GB memory so its pretty fast, or should be. I don't want any less than that. Plus I like a number pad too. So off to see what I can get for my £'s in a bit.

What would you recommend?

I ache I ache I ache!!!

Wowey. Is that even a word? It is now. Why you might ask am I saying it at all? Well then let me explain.

I went to PT again this evening. Yes, back to back sessions once again as I went last night too. Already stiff in leg, I was somewhat dreading this evening's endurance test, but off I toddled.

He put me through it tonight let me tell you. That is why I started with Wowey. As in everything burns, everything aches and I mean every part of me. Legs, arms, muscles in my back and chest, shoulders, wrists, fingers! Phewf!!

This is what he put me through tonight:

  • 5 mins warm up walk on treadmill
  • Squats with barbell weight - 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Squats to heels - 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Abs - leg raise to weight bar - 3 sets of 20 reps
  • 2 min intervals on cross trainer at 85rpm+ x 4 sets
  • Forward lunge with barbell weight - 4 sets of 20 reps
  • Kneeling lunge with free weight - 4 sets of 16 reps
  • 2 min runs on treadmill x 3 sets
  • Standing crunch - 1 set of 15 reps
  • Dumbell lift - curl and press - 4 sets of 15 reps
It doesn't really sound that bad, but my god it burned. Now its like a raging fire in my thighs. It will be worth it, but right now it just burns baby burns!! The joys of exercise. :)

Tonight's PT Session

PT again tonight. Quite early today  - 4.15pm so finished work early for once. Not sure this is a good thing when it means you are being put through hell, but there you go.

So tonight's session consisted of:

  • 5 min walk to warm up
  • Stepper intervals on level 16 - 90 seconds, then 5 60 second bursts
  • Squat jumps holding the stepper - 60 x 20 reps
  • Wood chopper weight machine pulls - 3 x left 20 reps
  • Wood chopper weight machine pulls - 3 x right 20 reps
  • Wood chopper side to side pulls - 30 reps x 3 sets
  • Burpee with medicine ball lift - 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Cross Trainer intervals - 30 second sprint 40 second slow x 6 sets
  • Walking plank 3 sets of 10 reps
  • 10 sets of 3 deep squats
  • Treadmill 3 x 400m runs
  • Walking plank 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Standing plank rotating - 1 x 10 reps
Tonight was yet again pretty hardcore. The best part is that I have to go again tomorrow! Arghh!!

I shall be a beach bunny. I shall shall shall!! :)

What I'm Watching This Week

  • Eastenders Live Episodes. Who killed Lucy? Well it appears to be Jane!! OMG! Also Dean being evil again but gets his comeuppance. Kathy is back from the dead! Ben and Jay being all shift. Dot carted away by the bill. Nasty Nick actually dead and Kim in labour in the Queen Vic loo!! Flippin eck!!
  • Fortitude. Still baffled why Christopher Eccleston was killed off so early, but this is still a great show. Lots of adultery, murder, shady characters. All set against ice and snow and a barren wilderness with lots of Polar Bears. Fascinating and intense program. Enjoying it so far, but no idea where its going as yet.
  • Roadhouse. My other half adores this film. He finally got me to agree to watch it right from the start. He told me it was romantic. I don't see that so much, but actually, its a good film. Patrick Swayze is the star - he looks so cool and so fit and toned and healthy. Sad he is no longer with us seeing him like this. I absolutely love Sam Elliott and had no idea he was in this film. He's off two of my fav films - Thank you for Smoking and also Ghost Rider. Pretty impressed and surprised how good this is.
  • Cold Feet. Watching Series 1 on box set. It is fabulous!! I have seen these before, but not for a long time. I also do not think I have watched this properly before, as it seems much more clever and witty and funny and emotional than I remember. Well worth a re-watch.
